This was my first casemod called AlumaxX. I started with a Lian Li PC-2000 case and this is what I ended up with.

First off, welcome to the Mod Nation. You might want to hit the Hellos and Introductions thread and tell us a bit more about yourself.

Second, if you're serious about this being your first mod, I'd have a hard time believing it. You've had to have at least some kind of fabrication experience to make it come out that clean. And I've always liked the Lian-Li V2000 series... so there you go! Very slick.

I think i saw this on bit-tech as an introduction to your other mod. this mod is truly insane, and the WC loop is probably the sexiest 1 i've ever seen. so clean and hi-tec. also the plexi fabrication is perfect i assume its laser cut?

would be great if you could upload your worklog over here or at least post a link, i'd love to see how this project was done :thumleft:

It really was my first casemod and no no lasercuts, all handmade. Just by sawing, filing, sanding and lots of patience. It took me more than 13 months to build. A link to the on Bit-tech http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=78674&highlight=AlumaxX
I read everything I could find about casemodding and all the materials before I started. I've always enjoyed working with my hands and being creative. I used to draw a lot, I think that is where my steady hands come from.

I started a while ago with a new project, a casecon called Evolutionary. Will start a worklog over here ofcourse. Too bad your shop is so far away from my country, so it's no option for me to order some stuff :cry:

dude i just went through your worklog. I'm speechless. The only mod i can think of that can compete with the amount of care and detailing and craftsmanship is Blackout by TRIBALOVERKILL. You guys think alike in terms of perfectionism and innovation. This mod definitely deserved to win that dutch case modding championship.

Great job man, i'll be watching out for your second creation :thumleft:
